We recognise the need for financial support for some students to enable them to attend college. The college has a financial support scheme to help students overcome financial barriers to studying, whether they enrol on a full-time or part-time course.

Skills Support for Students
If you are studying a vocational programme at Rotherham College of Arts and Technology but feel that you need a little extra help to improve your study skills, the college can offer assistance and guidance in many areas of learning.

The Counselling Service
The Counselling Service gives you time and space to explore issues important to you, such as personal growth, relationships, fear of failure, bereavement, anxiety, depression or anything else that might be troubling you.

Childcare Assistance
Students regularly attending college, who are in receipt of benefits or on a low income and have dependant children up to the age of 14, may be eligible for assistance with the cost of childcare.
