Prince's Trust
The Prince's Trust Team Programme is a 12 week personal development course designed to build the confidence, motivation, skills and qualifications of young people aged 16-25 through a range of activities involving teamwork and work within the community.
The aim is to recruit a diverse and varied mix of team members from across all communities within Rotherham, focusing on helping those who have struggled at school, have been or are in care, are long term unemployed or have been in trouble with the law.
Each Team member has the opportunity to work towards a number of nationally recognised qualifications and take part in many other experiences that will greatly improve future prospects for employment, education and training.
Various developmental activities take place during the programme, including a team building residential with adventurous outdoor pursuits and team building activities, a community project, fundraising activities, work placements and a final team challenge.

Choices
If you are aged 16-25 and haven't been able to find a course, apprenticeship or job that is right for you, why not consider joining our Choices programme?
Choices is for young people who want to find their way back into education, training or employment but for lots of reasons can't seem to find the right route.
Choices helps to build your confidence and skills in supportive surroundings where we all look to the future rather than the past.
You may not have made the most of opportunities earlier in life - this is your chance to show what you can do.
